Jason Feger scores weekend sweep as Illinois Speedweek approaches
Jason Feger returned to familiar territory over the weekend, competing at a pair of tracks he grew up racing on—and walked away with his first two victories of the 2025 season.
The Bloomington, Illinois native opened the doubleheader on Friday at Farmer City Raceway, where he followed up a heat race win with a dominant, flag-to-flag performance in the 25-lap A-Main.
The following night at Fairbury Speedway’s season opener, Feger took a more methodical route to the front. After finishing second in his heat to secure a spot in the FALS Cup feature, he steadily worked his way through the field. Amid a fierce battle up front, Feger tracked down Jake Little on lap 20 and led the final 10 circuits to secure his second win in as many nights.
Saturday’s $2,500 triumph brought his weekend total to $4,000 in earnings.
